We are organizing our second annual international ballet gala concert entitled “From Kyiv to Istanbul…” at Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall on April 27, 2020 during the World Dance Week. With the generous support of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Istanbul and the kind hospitality of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, we will host international ballet stars in a beautiful Istanbul evening. Our guest artists include distinguished artists from the National Opera of Ukraine, English National Ballet, Ballet du Capitole and Béjart Ballet Lausanne.

The CRR Concert Hall, built by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and opened with a series of 6 concerts in March 1989, is named after Cemal Reşit Rey (1904-1985), one of the leading composers of contemporary Turkish music. Filiz Ali, Aydın Gün, Arda Aydoğan, Yalçın Çetinkaya, Kemal Karaöz, Ozan Binici and Sara Dildar served as the General Art Director respectively in the concert hall.
In the concert season, which spans every October and May of every year, there are CRR Symphony Orchestra, CRR Turkish Music Ensemble, CRR Jazz Orchestra within the hall where concerts embracing all kinds of quality music, dance and ballet performances and various special events are held .
