Choreographers and producers successfully cooperate with the talented ballerina. Tetyana Lozova has performed the main roles in all premiers of the National Opera House of Ukraine for the last ten years.

Anna Muromtseva

Started training at ballet school “Fors”. At 2011 finished Kyiv State Ballet School and joined the ballet company of National Opera and Ballet theatre in Kyiv. Laureate of international competitions in Kharkiv(«Хрустальная туфелька»), Kyiv(«Танец без границ»), Crimea(«Фуэте Артека»). In repertoire such roles as Princess Aurora, princess Florine,Lilac Fairy, Fleur de farine in “Sleeping beauty”; Clara, Colombine, French doll, Arabian doll in “The Nutckracker”;  Odette-Odile, Pas de trois, big Swans, brides in “Swan Lake”; Lileya, Felicity goddess in “Lileya”; Cinderella in “Cinderella”; Gerda, Princess in “Snow Queen”; Annel in “Vienna Waltz”; Gulnara, pas de trois in “Le Corsaire”; Henrietta in “Raymonda” ;Queen of Dryads, bridesmaid in “Don Quixote”; Summer in “Bal Masquerade” chor. Elena Filipieva

Elena Filipieva is famous Ukrainian ballerina. She was born on May 23, 1970 in the city of Dneprorudny, Zaporizhzhya region, Ukraine.  Parents who were athletes initially sent the girl to gymnastics, then she began to learn folk dances in a local dance school.

In 1980 she entered the Kiev Choreographic School. After graduating in 1988, she was accepted into the ballet troupe of the National Opera and Ballet Theater of Ukraine.  She did not dance in the corps de ballet. From 1988 Soloist of National Opera of Ukraine. The first solo in the theater was the title role in the ballet Giselle.

In 1993, at the age of 23, she became the youngest People’s Artist of independent Ukraine.  In 1994, she won the gold medal at the Maya International Ballet Competition, after which, at the invitation of Maya Plisetskaya, she repeatedly performed on tour with Gediminas Taranda’s troupe Imperial Ballet.  She rehearsed her parts with Maya Plisetskaya in the ballets Giselle and Carmen Suite.

She graduated from the International Slavic University.

Radu Poklitaru

Radu Poklitaru (born 1972) was born in Chișinău, Moldova. He is the current director (2006–present) and artistic manager for the Kyiv Modern Ballet. From 2012-2014, he was one of the judges for Everybody Dance!. In 2014, Poklitaru was the choreographer for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.

From 1991–2001, Poklitaru was a ballet dancer of the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre in the Belorussia Republic. From 2001–2002, he was the head choreographer of the National Opera in Moldova. From 2012–2013, Poklitaru was the creative director of the Municipal Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre for Children and Young People in Kyiv.

In 2014, Radu Poklitaru was invited as a choreographer for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Sochi. For the opening ceremony he produced a mini-ballet “Natasha Rostova’s First Ball” to the music of several composers, with present and past stars of Bolshoi Theatre taking part – Svetlana Zakharova, Vladimir Vassilyev, Ivan Vassilyev and Alexander Petukhov among them.

In 2016, Radu Poklitaru received Shevchenko National Prize in the “Performing Arts” nomination – the highest state prize of Ukraine for works of culture and arts.

Up until now the choreographer has created over thirty one-act and full-length productions, performed on various stages, including the Bolshoi Theatre, the Russian Chamber Ballet “Moskva”, the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Music Theatre and the National Operas of Moldova, Latvia, Belarus and Ukraine.

Radu Poklitaru’s ballet productions were presented at International musical festivals and on tours in Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, the United States, Japan, China, Poland, Estonia, Thailand, Spain and other countries.

Each of Radu Poklitaru’s projects is a challenging experiment and a daring quest, which unveils the complicated inner world of a human personality and attracts with its unconventional reading of world-known theatrical plots, as well as its renewing and enriching form and vocabulary of modern dancing.

Christina Shishkareva

Author of 12 performances and more than three hundred miniatures, curator, teacher of modern dance, lecturer, vice president of the All-Ukrainian Association “Platform for Contemporary Dance of Ukraine”, laureate and jury member of numerous international and Ukrainian competitions, founder and artistic director of Totem Dance. Graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Dance Classic – class of folk artist L.I.Smorgacheva, graduated from KNUC&A, received the title of specialist in modern classical choreography – curator A. Rakhviashvili. From 2008 to 2013, teacher of modern jazz dance in Kyiv Modern Ballet (troupe Radu Poklitaru). From 2012 to 2015, a teacher of modern dance at Kiev National University culture and arts. From 2010 to 2014, the choreographer at the Kiev Municipal Academic Opera and Ballet Theater for Children and Youth. She made a lot of choreographic productions choreographic performances at the International Choreography Competitions (Crystal Shoe, World Championship in Contemporary Choreography, Moscow International Ballet Competition, 7th Serge Lifar International Competition, Sochi Young Ballet, etc.). She was the artistic director of Soul b Evening School of Contemporary Dance. Alla Lagoda

Biography

Alla Vyacheslavovna Lagoda was born on February 6, 1937 in Kiev. In 1955, she graduated from the Kiev Choreographic School. Her teachers were G. A. Berezova, A. V. Yarygin and others. In 198,1 she graduated from the Moscow Institute of Theater Arts (now the Russian Institute of Theater Arts – GITIS). Having been injured in her youth, she went to study at a university where she studied English. But, since she quickly recovered, she returned to the stage.

In 1955-1981, she performed with a short break as a soloist of the Kiev Opera and Ballet Theater (now the Taras Shevchenko National Opera of Ukraine). With colleagues from the National Opera she performed in Paris, Monte Carlo, and others. In 1963-1964, she was a soloist in the ballet of the Georgian Opera and Ballet Theater. Z. Paliashvili.

From 1981 to 1992, she worked as the head of the ballet troupe of the theater, since 1992 she is a teacher-choreographer of the ballet troupe of the National Opera of Ukraine. Among her students are laureates and prize-winners of international competitions of ballet dancers performing on stages in Covent Garden (London), the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg, the Dresden Opera, the American Ballet Theater and other troupes.
